Please ensure you have the latest operating system security and updates installed. Quickly, you will see a programs list on the right pane, find and locate AnyDesk. Again, a fairly decent program but their support is horrible! They've raised their price in the last year for a 1 year subscription by quite a bit. Click Finder on the Dock, and then click Applications on the left pane. They either don't respond at your email at all or if they do it's very vague and of little use. So, far a fairly competent program but their support however is almost nonexistent! Really hit and miss! Recently I've sent them multiple emails through their support forum requesting help and reporting issues. They've been releasing updates and that seems to be helping with the issues thus far. Their recent version 5 has had some hiccups and has given me a good amount of trouble - primarily when connecting to Windows servers.
